User Support is in the Library!

The Library is partnering with IT User Support to provide face-to-face technical help to Columbia students, faculty and staff.

An IT User Support specialist is on hand at the desk on the 2nd floor of the Library from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Support is provided for:
  • email,

  • network,

  • wireless, and

  • software issues - such as OASIS or Moodle .

Assistance with hardware issues are not part of this service.

And, it is still possible to get answers to your technical problems by calling User Support at 312-369-7788 or by emailing User Support at UserSupport@colum.edu.
