User Support in the Library


The Library is partnering with IT User Support to provide face-to-face technical help to Columbia students, faculty and staff.

An IT User Support specialist will be on hand on the 2nd floor of the Library from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

This support is for :
  • email,
  • network,
  • wireless, and
  • software issues - such as OASIS or Moodle
(This does not include not support for hardware.)

Remember, it is still possible to get answers to your technical problems by phoning User Support at 312-369-7788 or emailing User Support at UserSupport@colum.edu.

Library reference services are available on the 2nd floor of the library Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students, faculty and staff are also welcome to call, email or chat with a librarian.
